What is a credit?
Each analysis or chat message spends credits based on the model: 1 for GPT-6 Luna, 2 for Sonnet 5, 5 for Opus 5.5, 6 for GPT-6 Astra. Analyses and chat share one monthly pool.
Is this financial advice?
No. Nex describes what is visible on one screenshot and gives a directional bias. It can be wrong. Treat it as a second opinion, not an instruction.
Which charts work best?
Candlestick charts with at least 40 visible candles and a readable price axis. Crop out order panels and drawings that cover price.
What does confidence mean?
How strongly the visible evidence lines up. Most reads land between 50 and 75. Above 85 is rare by design.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Credit packs of 500, 1,500 or 5,000 credits never expire and kick in automatically when your plan's monthly credits run out.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime from Plan and settings. Upgrades apply immediately and the difference is prorated to the day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in one click. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my screenshots?
They are re-encoded to strip metadata, stored in a private bucket only you can access, and deleted when you delete the analysis.
