Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nex. By creating an account you agree to them. Have them reviewed by counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on them commercially.

The service

Nex analyses chart images you upload using third-party AI models and returns an AI-generated analysis. Output is informational only and is not financial, investment or trading advice. See the risk disclosure.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.

Plans and billing

Free includes a daily allowance of credits. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, including your statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.

Fair use

Don't abuse, scrape, resell or attempt to bypass usage limits, upload unlawful content, or use the service to build a competing model. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep ownership of the screenshots you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them to provide the service, including sending them to AI providers for analysis.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
